We hope that you are satisfied with what has been delivered to you by Shake2Day. If you want to send back a product, we are here to help. There are a few important things which you need to take note of when sending back a product:
- You have 14 calendar days from moment of receiving the product to send it back.
- Only products directly purchased at Shake2Day can be returned. Products bought at retailers or shop must be returned according to the retailer’s or shop’s return policy.
- Before you send back the product, you should send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This e-mail must contain the reason for returning the product and the invoice of the initial purchase.
- Make sure the product in returned in its original packaging.
- Opened packages can not be returned.
- After receiving the returned goods, they will be compensated with reduction of the transport costs.
How do I send back a product?
To send back a product, you send back the package together with a copy of the invoice. Send the package to the following address:

As soon as we receive your package in accordance with our return policy, we will start the process to return your money. How this is done, depends on the initial payment method. The same method you used during your purchase, will also be used to return your money.
