Omega 6 DPA
Omega-6-DPA fatty acids belong to the unsaturated fatty acids.
Oils like sunflower oil or algae oil are rich in omega-6. The majority of people consume too much Omega 6, but not enough Omega 3 – a regulated ratio is the key.
One of the most important tasks of omega-6 fatty acids is to fight off infections. They are also important in wound healing, growth support, repair processes and the development and promotion of cell membrane flexibility.
